The certificate provides qualification according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
CEFR defines six internationally recognized levels:
- Elementary - A 1;
- Elementary - A 2;
- Independent - B 1;

The test consists of tasks based on macro-competencies:
- listening, reading, writing, speaking
